If we ship it and get it there in time for the event and there is a problem that needs correcting, we will not refund the payment. We will maintain our policy to repair and return or replace it at our discretion. If you pay for shipping to return the item to us, we will reimburse you for ground advantage shipping only and not expedited shipping. We will not reimburse shipping for items returned priority or by next day air. Since all items are custom made after the orders are placed, we do have an absolute NO RETURN - NO REFUND policy, no exceptions.

We ship USPS because we feel that it is the most economical way to ship small packages. If we have a receipt that we shipped your package, we are not responsible for any loss or refused packages. That will have to be dealt with on your end with your local Post Office. Most of the time these packages have been left at the wrong mailbox by your carrier and can only be traced from purchaser’s end of the sale.
