We do our best to serve our customers with excellency. If we ship it and get it there in time for the event and there is a problem that needs correcting, we will not refund the payment. If you pay for shipping to return the item to us, we will reimburse you for ground advantage shipping only and not expedited shipping. We will not reimburse shipping for items returned priority or by next day air. Absolutely no refunds.
