If we ship it and get it there in time for the event and there is a problem that needs correcting, we will not refund the payment. We will maintain our policy to repair and return or replace it at our discretion. If you pay for shipping to return the item to us, we will reimburse you for ground advantage shipping only and not expedited shipping. We will not reimburse shipping for items returned priority or by next day air. Absolutely no refunds.

We ship USPS because we feel that it is the most economical way to ship small packages. If we have a receipt that we shipped your package, we are not responsible for any loss or refused packages.
